First NEC show sponsor announced

The new show, which will take place over the weekend of November 23 & 24, promises to showcase a vast selection of the UK’s finest model railways covering all gauges and scales, plus a mix of trade, including major manufacturers, the UK’s best retailers and a mass of specialist traders selling everything a railway modeller could possibly need - it's the must-attend event of the year for railway modelling fans, so make sure you put the dates in the diary.

Although tight-lipped about what you can expect from the upcoming show, the Rapido Trains stand will be very different to the norm, reflecting the company’s reputation for innovation.

Andy Hardy, Rapido Trains UK General Manager, can’t wait for the November exhibition: “We were very excited to be one of the main sponsors for the very first National Festival of Railway Modelling. As the winners of the 2023 BRMA Innovation Award, it seems only fitting that we have something rather special planned for our stand – we think a first for any exhibition, making it fitting to debut at the very first National Festival of Railway Modelling.
